Absolutely wonderful! We were accommodated quickly and the receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable. We've never stayed in Cornwall before but plan to be back next month. We will DEFINITELY be staying there at Regency for the weekend. We will always stay there after our first visit, I would highly recommend to anyone passing through or planning a longer stay. All round Fantastic Experience. I wish I knew the ladies name at reception to thank her personally on here. I believe shes the main person that does reception though so I hope she realizes it's her I'm talking about.. THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKNG IT A WONDERFUL AND PERSONABLE STAY

Room was nice. Bedding tidy. Minor Un finished renovation and could use a much better cleaner on tiles. This place has great potential. Was quiet we enjoyed the 2 person jetted tub.
Nothing fancy, good prices, clean rooms that have been upgraded. Comfortable beds. Close to everything.
Nice room. Dirty carpet. Good customer service. Pretty sure I found blood behind the bathroom door in our room. And door had been obviously kicked in at some point. Comfy beds. Building had a loud hot water system above roof that kept us up most the night, they were kind enough to take 10 off the stay, but I was up at 530am because of the noise. No tv channels. But the fireplace was beautiful and warm and the tub worked fantastic!
worst place to go! first when i went to get the room the staff was really rude. next thing, once im in the room, there no heater just a electronic fireplace. and to add on top of that, i found a bedbugs on the bed. i took a video of it and i went to the reception to showed them the video and ask to be refund. first thing they told me was that was impossible because their room are supposedly really clean. the second excuse they told me was that as the cold started it was normal to find this disgusting thing inside my room. i had to argue to be refund. seriously ill never recommend this place to anyone.
I had a terrible experience at this motel, it was extremely dirty, there was dust and hair from the previous customers, the linens were dirty, there were 2 big holes in my towel. There was no hot water and when I brought it up to the lady at the front she began to tell me that it isnt included!! There was a broken dead bolt on the inside of the room, the heat was not working in my room, which was fine because it was September. It was also advertised as a non smoking room but I walked in and it smelled like cigarettes and glade plugins. The debit machine wasnt working and when she told the manager he said for me to go to a bank machine, or if I didnt want to do that I could go somewhere else. Finally it worked and after all of that she was not going to compensate me for all of the issues that had gone one! I managed to get them to knock 20 off which was the pet fee I had to pay for 2 cats. Do not stay here!! Not worth the money!
Room felt cold from the floor and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
I thoroughly enjoyed this stop!! Clean, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who promptly gave us a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. The bed was way comfier than I expected but I'm super okay with that!! I definitely would stay again! Super reasonable prices for a super comfy room!
