We stayed there last night February 27th, everything was clean, the pool was stunning, the staff was amazing, the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to help us, to make sure we had everything we needed, to help us finding restaurants so we could order food, he was very diligent about making sure everyone in the hotel was safe and numbers were respected in pool and public spaces. The lady this morning at breakfast was going out of her way to make sure everyone had what they wanted, she was very nice even with some very difficult customers. I would go back to this place in a heart beat, the employees make this place welcoming.

Mattress need changing, pillows are way too high. With covid around, I would expect closer attention to cleanliness. You can see my photos and decide for yourself. Check out is at 11am, housekeeping comes knocking at 10:25am and asking when will I be checking out !!
We stayed in one of the recently renovated executive suites, and it was nothing short of amazing! The room was beautifully decorated & immaculate. Completed with a fully equipped kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were professional, accommodating and super friendly.The giant indoor pool was heated, and we had the area to ourselves! Great location, & competitive pricing - would highly recommend to anyone (with or without children)!
My Wife and I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Their executive and honeymoon suites have been recently renovated and are impeccable. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, great water pressure and large jacuzzi’s. The indoor pool is heated and normally available year round, as well as the hot tub. The pricing is competitive and staff are friendly. There is a large variety of local restaurants nearby to choose from as well. Great place if your passing through or even if you’re looking for a quiet night away from the children!
I think the hotel is good for a small town like Cornwall. I stayed here for 3 weeks for work and had a good time. The amenities are good. It’s not a luxury hotel but the prices are not high either. Some staff are nice and others are less. Overall, I would return if I am Cornwall again.
We always get great service and a beautiful clean room! This is our go to for a night away to relax. I highly recommend the suites, definitely a home away from home... Thank you! ️
If you want a place to sleep its good. Got a pool for the kids. Its a older building, clean but needs maintenance. My A/C - heater unit was a bit grumbly when it was on. The shower was on the cool side and the valve was broken. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Absolutely would not recommend! This hotel I believe has forgotten that there is a pandemic going on and the staff are very unprofessional! I wouldn’t even give a star rating but unfortunately I think the lowest is 1. I’m typically against giving a bad review and normally Would just keep it to myself and not stay there again in the future but this hotel is appalling!
