Ashish and the clinic team have been providing personable, personalised, professional care for my foot and ankle problems that has profoundly impacted my daily comfort and mobility. Ashish's use of shockwave is client-aware and thoughtful, and his taping skills have made my work life significantly easier on many occasions. I appreciate that he approaches each client with both humour and sensitivity, and pays close attention to detail during assessments and follow ups to ensure that his care plan continues to be both relevant and appropriate. I don't hesitate to recommend Personal Touch to anyone who asks for physio recommendations because I know that they'll be looked after with care by the whole team.

I felt very welcomed by Ashish and his team. The staff is very friendly and professional. My personal physiotherapist took the time to explain every single thing we did and that really helped once my treatment was done. Social distancing and all protocols are in place which made me feel safe as well. 5/5!
What can I say...The staff are the best,it was my first time going to such a facility.. They made me feel comfortable right off the bat..They no what there talking about..They helped me recover with dignity and professionalism..And a special thanks to Kirsten ,she did a great job with my physio.
Great staff. Professional, personable and just a nice place to recover. I fractured my wrist and now I am as good as new with help from Personal Touch . I fully recommend you to go there for therapy.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Up to date on latest techniques. I wish my wife would take their stretching advice more seriously. It's worth getting your orthotic shoes from them as they have a good selection of casual and athletic.
