Good prices. Internet access is good. Vmedia, the television provider portion, can be glitchy at times. It will sit and buffer, become out of sync etc, they will also add channels for possibly a preview but they dont tell you about it or how long they will be there for.

Great LOCAL internet provider. Easy to transfer from my previous provider to them, they simply hand you the modem and you wait for their signal to plug it in. No need to be home for an entire day waiting for a technician. Customer service is great, you don't have to wait on the phone hours before talking to a real human. Their monthly prices are the best in town!
For a communication company providing telephone and internet services to be closed on weekends, leave a message and receive a call back 48-72 hrs later, should you miss the call repat step 1. Expensive and incomparable packages SURPRISINGLY this company still operates.
Too bad its the only service i can get where i live. The internet and home phone hardly ever work, they are all complete idiots. This company should be shut down.
