Friendly service!! There always so great!! I've been with koodo for about 10 years now and they always make you feel welcome when you go in!! The manager is also very amazing and I always enjoy his service!! He always remembers me lol
I had three interactions with this location over the Christmas season recently...they were VERY busy. I have to say the guy that I worked with (purchasing and returning two different phones before I found the right fit} was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. The service that Jeremy provided was professional and courteous despite the onslaught of customers surrounding their kiosk. I've been a Koodo customer for a few years now and any time I've had to interact with their front line people the outcome has always been positive! Thanks Jeremey for your GREAT service!@!!
