I was looking to upgrade our business sign to an LED system to bring energy costs down and make the sign brighter, I called for a price, I gave the secretary the dimensions of the sign, she said she'd call me back with a price, I waited a day to call back and ask for the price which she had not gotten yet, so I received a call later that day with the price, I had explained that I was going to install the system myself and would be using supplied power supplies, I asked for the consumption of the LEDs to calculate how many power supplies I would need to buy, the secretary could not give me that information, I asked for a data sheet to which I was told that they would have to request it from to manufacturer, so I asked if they could do that for me, a few days later I called back to ask if I could just purchase an LED to test the consumption, since I didn't think I was going to get the datasheet, the secretary told me she would have to check inventory and would call me back, a week later and I have not received a call, I'm not sure how their products or other services are as I could not even get to a point of ordering the parts I would need, the LEDs alone were around 900, I would have thought that would be enough profit for them to put the effort in.
