I arrived at about 9:35am for a 10am service appointment, check in was slow taking about 15 min. I didn’t get my car back until almost 2pm. In the over 4 hours that I was there no one had the curtesy to Let me know what was going on, not one update, how are you doing, would you like something, a ride to town for lunch, nothing. Over 4 hours in the same chair and no one noticed or cared. What does that say about Cornwall Nissan. Look at the note on the invoice they’re not interested in the truth at all, or your Satisfaction they just want good reviews no matter what.

My ELDERLY MOM'S car was towed to Cornwall Nissan. The problem was that the car would not shift out of 'park'. And diagnosed with a FAULTY Brake Switch housed under the brake petal. The next day the car was ready for pick up 300.00 later. We drove to the gas station across the street from Cornwall Nissan and she \AGAIN\ was stuck in 'park'. So AGAIN the car was towed this time to a private certified auto repair shop, and ADDITIONAL towing charges (which was more) because it needed 2 dollies instead of one, because BOTH the FRONT and REAR BRAKES CEASED up. The work done at Cornwall Nissan to the Brake Switch was \only\ HALF done!!!!! My prayer is that this treatment to your Dear Elderly Loved Ones is FAR better than what happened to my 83 y.o. mother. This Incompetence Shouldn't have happened in the first place, and in 23 weather!!!! This does not even deserve a 1 Star rating. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!

Never getting more business from us. Everytime my wife brings the car in for an oil change filters were changed without her consent and charged, cabin filters and air filters do not need to be changed multiple times per year. Everytime we tried to get the recall work done they have ot had the parts\, first letter was 4 and a half years ago. Most recently claimed to have done diagnostics but could not provide the printouts but claimed it was done and requested new parts be purchased. Took the car to another dealer and the diagnostic came back fine requiring no purchased parts. Thoroughly displeased with the service department and how they conduct themselves.
