I made an appointment for the repair of two appliances and then recieved a call that he would be cancelling last minute due to other work coming up. I asked if he would come that evening after the other work had completed or the next day (Saturday) which he refused. It is my opinion that you keep the appointments you make and if you are unable to, than you reschedule that appointment in a timely manner. I was given a different person to call which then required a new appointment, forcing me to wait another week. I can't in good conscience do business with somone if they may just cancel the work I'm expecting them to do and not reschedule the work in a timely manner.
