The food was ok. Its a chain, so I never expect much. Hot, pretty quick. Service was exceptional though.

Amazing service. Our server was Justin and he great - very friendly, attentive and on the ball. The food was exceptional. The host who greeted us added to the pleasure of our evening. He came over to our table and was chatting with our boys which made them feel good. It was our first visit to Boston Pizza in Cornwall and we will be back!
Guy on cash wasn't wearing a mask, and the guy who handed me my pizza had his mask under his chin. It was take-out only so I'm not sure why it is so difficult for them to wear a mask for 30 seconds when a customer comes in... My pizza was cold despite being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, and being there to pick-up right at the 20 minute mark. It was also just bad, plain and simple, no flavor to it at all. Not something you'd expect from a 'Spicy Pierogi' pizza.
It was a really good atmosphere and the host did an amazing job i highly recommend it to everyone. Always enjoy Boston pizza.
