I had a severe case of eczema when I went to see Dr. Bernstein last fall. His treatment of me was excellent in every way. I am now much improved ( I don't scratch any more) thanks to his care. His secretary was also excellent in being able to squeeze me in. Thank you so much.

Very nice doctor always pleased
First time visiting Dr.Bernstein and very happy with the comforting and professional service. My son developed some white spots on his face and I was very worried, I thought it may be vitiligo but he reassured me that it's not the case and took the time to explain what my son has and gave us the treatment . Great experience with Dr. Bernstein.
The receptionist only answers the phone from 8-11am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All day on Tuesdays though. I think he needs a better receptionist. I mean, seriously? Who has time for that? Now I have yo make an appointment with myself to make an appointment with the Doctor. Ridiculous. Doctor was nice though, even if he didn't know what was on my sons face.
Dealing with their receptionist to make an appointment and she was extremely rude. It's not like I want to be calling to make a doctor's appointment but she could have had more empathy and not cut me off before I was finished speaking.
