I had a gas pipe capped because I no longer used the stove. Travis gave me the option to remove the pipe multiple times when he capped it and I told him I could live with it. My son on the other hand could not. So, I called again to book a removal and Travis came again. He is a very professional technician and a really nice guy. If I ever need Baker's services again, I would prefer Travis to do it. I have every confidence in his work.

I contacted Baker Heating following a recommendation from a friend. I was having issues with our Venmar Air exchanger that wasn't working. I was advised by the service person that the motor was defective and needed replacement. The complete Venmar is worth 1,400. brand new and I was quoted 780 taxes to replace the motor. I was obviously disappointed with the price and opted to do the repair myself. I obtained a new Venmar motor assembly locally for 248 taxes included and it took me 15 minutes to remove and reinstall the new unit ( 2 bolts, 1 spring and 1 wire quick connect ). I am scoring them 1 star because they are using a part supplier that is exploiting them because I would hate to think that they are the ones exploiting us.
I could sum up yesterday's replacement experience with Baker Heating and Air Conditioning when they replaced my old furnace, air conditioner and water tank. 1. Prompt, 2. Polite, 3. Efficient, 4. Thorough, 5. Competitively priced, 6. Knowledgeable, 7. Communicative... and best of all they took the time to make my Golden Retriever feel at home while they worked quietly in the basement. Love these guys!!! No less than five stars to Kevin and the entire staff on the road and back in the shop.

Worst experience with a company! Service was appalling. Had 4 Nat Gas heaters installed in our rental units, gave a deposit, and when it came time to install the heaters nearly 2 months later- Baker claimed they were back ordered! Had to wait nearly a month for the last heater. Each unit got Violations from Union Gas with installation issues. They installed different thermostats than what was quoted, and then to make matters worst, they send inaccurate invoicing BEFORE the work was completed! The customer service is terrible, they all have an attitude like we should be grateful for them, there is no accountability. I do not recommend them. Too many headaches for such a large purchase!
