Set in a stunning location the Cornish Delicacies Cookery School was a wonderful experience ! A friend and I stayed for a weekend in the holiday cottage and participated in the Dinner Parties course which be both thoroughly enjoyed and learnt a lot from. Vicky made us feel at home and welcomed into hers and the whole atmosphere of the weekend was relaxed and calm even though we managed to fit a lot into the two days. I would highly recommend this school for all ages and abilities.

Vicky and her team catered for 15-18 of us on 3 nights at Tregulland splendidly. Two nights a sit down menu, one night a barbecue, everything delicious, effortlessly and efficiently served - highly recommended!
Catered for our wedding yesterday, and wow the food was amazing! We had duck confit, followed by chocolate cake. We can honestly say this was the best food we have ever had. The service was very accommodating considering how late we were to dinner. Thankyou! The Smith's xxx
Cornish delicacies did an absolutely incredible job of catering our wedding. We had a small wedding and we wanted the meal to the the focus of the day and it really was. Vicky worked with us from the outset on a seasonal, locally sourced menu - helping helped us think through the wine and tea pairings. With food playing such a central role on the day, Vicky and her team played a big part in the making the day so special. The whole team could not have been nicer and were on their top game, we loved having them with us. When we sat down for the meal it was outstanding and we have been reliving the meal ever since. Our guests said it was the best wedding dinner they had ever had! To top it all off they came back the next day, did a little tidy and cooked everyone a full english breakfast. We could not have been happier!
