First time visiting, sat down and ordered, then heard the dreaded complaints of another family saying their food wasnt cooked properly. Thought well we have ordered now, let's give it a try. It was well over priced for the little cafe it is. When our food came the chips weren't cooked right, so I swapped my soup for my daughters chips so she had at least eaten something. The two waiter's were just standing beside the toilet doors staring into space not doing much. On a plus, I was told the soup was nice and the kids meals at 4 were a good size that I properly would have been happy eating myself.

Went for lunch today with my father. Home made soup was fantastic and my father had the spicy Cajun chicken. They gave him a small portion and also made sure it was not too spicy. Very clean place and lovely staff. Food was cooked fresh. Highly recommended!
Very nice food great couple who own it
We were recommended to this restaurant and were not disappointed. My husband had Macaroni Cheese which he said was delicious and I had Cajun Chicken which was succulent with just enough spice, very tasty. The food was freshly cooked by Jimmy and a huge apple pie disappeared before our eyes, my husband had the first slice and by the time we left the whole pie was gone. Lorraine gave excellent front of house service despite a very busy lunchtime. We look forward to a return visit.
