Was driving towards Swadlincote on 27.1.21 at approx. 11.45 in a 44 tonne lorry when one of your drivers decided to pull out on me causing me to brake hard. The lorry was loaded with Stainless Steel sheet and some of it moved. If this is how your driver treats other lorry drivers I dread to think what he does to other road users. Not fit to drive a truck.

We had this carpet fitted on the 16/10/18 less than 2 months ago. considering it is an expensive carpet it is a disgrace to call it Extra Heavy Domestic / Medium Contract as it now has a wear patch that can be clearly seen in the photographs.

Very frustrating!! If you see a carpet you like - order it as soon as you see it as they seem to turn over their ranges very quickly. The colour we wanted is now not available (this has happened on two occasions / two separate ranges that are now both discontinued) despite only ordering samples 2 months ago. Shame as carpets seemed good qualify but we're now going to have to go with another manufacturer.
