When we decided to sell our home we invited a number of estate agents, Mark was miles ahead of the others and we new we would get total commitment to sell our property. Although a smaller an independent Estate agent ,the service and professionalism was excellent, not surprisingly our house sold relatively quickly and the attention to detail shown by Corleys made the process painless. We cannot speak highly enough of Mark and Helen. We were updated regularly and felt confident and assured that we would get the best outcome for our house sale. Mark takes calls out of office hours, too, meaning that he was usually around to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend the company , and are very grateful to Mark and Helen for ensuring we got the outcome we desired. We moved into our new house last week. . So glad we chose Corleys! Full marks for Corley Estate Agents. This is an independent estate agents offering a fantastic level of service you won't get with the big firms. Mark sold our house for us as we moved overseas in a complicated move with lots of challenges, but the assistance and service we got from Mark with every step and eventuality was hugely impressive and much appreciated. Deeply professional service, excellent communication, with a personal touch. Can't recommend enough
An excellent local estate agent. Friendly and helpful staff. Great communication. They recently sold my house for me, the customer service was second to none. I was able to leave them a set of keys (house was empty) and they sorted everything out (viewings /surveys etc). Totally hassle free. Genuinely couldn't fault them! Will certainly be using them again in the future.
I found them to be a very professional company. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, and it was handy that they took phone calls outside normal office hours (and it was always the director, Mark, who answered the calls during the evenings and weekends, including Sundays - this was a god-send as I work 830am-6pm weekdays and can't make calls during those times). I have now moved out of the area, but if ever I moved back I would be very happy to use them again in the future, and would happily recommend them to all my friends and family.
