Best place to train. Very friendly and knowledgeable coaches on all aspects of training. Not just purely CrossFit. They have a really good Olympic and strength training programs also.

Love it..! It's my second home and actually the place I spend more of my time awake than at home. People are super friendly and fun, the workouts are varied and the gym equipment is also state of the art. Go and experience it for yourself!
Large and friendly CrossFit training centre. Good equipment, great trainers and good facilities. I've been really impressed at how CrossFit workouts can be scaled depending on ability and injury! It's very motivating to track your progress at skills and work together with others against the clock. They also offer PT, small group yoga, physio and gym membership.
