Absolutely disgusting customer service, assistant on the trainer counter needs a serious attitude adjustment, I didnt want to buy a used trainer that has been on display, scuffed, filthy dirty and stained but got told all the trainers are like that and then he threw them on the floor and grunted when I said I didnt want them because of their condition. Yes it's trying times and frustrating but professionalism and manners should still be maintained, will shop at a different branch in the future.
1pm on a Wednesday afternoon was fairly quiet. Not too many customers so easy to social distance. Not many staff either though unfortunately.
It is opened after long lock down and I had a possibility to renew my daughter's shoes. Thank you to the greatest shop Team.
