This is my home! Lovely area to live but its going to be a building site for a few more years yet! I bought my house from Jelsons & would thoroughly recommend them!

This is where we chose to move to from Wellingborough and I can honestly say this was the best decision we ever made. This estate is a proper community just how things used to be back in the day. Everyone here speaks. The grounds are kept in a great condition by urban and civic. There is an abundance of nature on your doorstep. We have shops being built and have 3 beautiful wooden play parks for the children. If you are looking for a slice of heaven then I'd say move here.

I live here so its obviously nice, however I think the landscaping needs work and its forgotten about the further into Priors Hall you go. Near the cafe its lovely, the trees are always well maintained and the grass is neat, flower beds are a plenty go further in and that is forgotten. Also the security that used to be offered in the yearly subscription that all households pay for was stopped, payment stays the same though. Litter can be an issue also as there is lots of new housing going up and therefore site litter is everywhere, add that to the dog mess and all in all its not a bad place to live. Oh yeah and people that drive to the parks and block a blind corner are also a welcome addition! Stop being lazy and walk your children to the park, your going to cause an accident.
