Shockingly bad - uncaring, unhelpful, no compassion. Just in it for the money. Don't touch them with a barge pole - if you do you'll regret it.

I would like to thank David and Angela for their professionalism, sensitivity and care in arranging my brother’s funeral. They reassured us and nothing was too much trouble. They took good care of my brother whilst in his care and treated him with dignity. For a horrible distressing time they made it less stressful and more bearable. We can’t thank David and Angela enough for the beautiful service my brother had and all there advice, suggestions and support.
