The Doctors here are amazing, very polite and professional and they make me feel at ease in no time. Nurses and receptionists are great and deserve every bit of praise they get, Trust me when I'm in one of my moods I'm hard work, copd nurse brilliant woman, always there when I need her. The whole place is running great, can't fault it, and the doctors are very good at diagnosing things fast. In my view and experience with the surgery 5 star it is!!

I got treated really badly at the great oakley centre. The rudeness was just out of this world. I need the Mayor of Corby to really pick this up. I will be sending him a letter The Rudness of staff at the reception today

I have given the rating purely because of the young sounding receptionist, the young female Doctor of Asian origin and the Nurse Practitioner who does the flu injection and PAP smear appointments. I don't know their names but what an outstanding and sterling service. The young receptionist is especially helpful so much that even after the frustration of the online system never having appointments available (this needs urgent redress) my annoyance was dissipated and I still wrote this review. There have been a few bad apples here and there but why should they ruin a good review for these staff members?

absolutely disgusting I have been sitting on call for appointment waiting more then 30 min and when I get answer they told me I'm late and should call tomorrow. I'm in pain and can't be able to talk to GP about my test results because I have been not able to get in touch in time.

Very helpful reception staff both in person and over the phone nothing to much bother, all the Dr's I have seen at this practice have been nothing but professional and caring and the convenience of having the pharmacy right next door is brilliant all be it quite busy at times, very happy with all aspects of the Great Oakley Medical Centre.
