Following a colleague advise we decided to enjoy today’s sunshine. Brilliant place although the park can be a little bit pricey (2h-3.50) all the area is well maintained the trails are well indicated.( with different distances and types) The coffee shop is open although you will need to wear a face mask and is only take away there is a pleasant outdoor area where you can take your dog and enjoy a coffee or a meal. Today it was a little bit crowded with big family groups, but enough space to keep social distance. It’s advisable to take some wellies although the paths are well kept they’re a little muddy.

Great place for walkers and cyclists. Signage for different routes could be improved, or a laminated map made available at visitor centre for refundable charge?

Great place for walks and cycling. Lovely gruffalo orienteering activity for children. Good amount of parking which is pay and display. Great for dogs. Can't comment on cafe visitor centre as were all shut when I went

Nice woods for a walk The bike paths are family friendly with a couple of parks for kids Cafe is good with inside and outside seating Bike shop is better than the ones at Rutland smaller with less stock but much friendlier Just a shame that the trees were cut down for the car park

First time visiting Fineshade Wood. Wide paths well maintained and really good signage offering different walking, cycling or horse riding routes. No road noise, which was lovely, woods all around and the Dales path (3 miles) gave little uphill and down hill down walking. Car parking charges. 3.50 for 2 hours. Definitely going again .
