Absolutely fantastic. I phoned them first thing Christmas Eve and a car was made available for me a couple of hours later. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will use them again and suggest others do the same.

Faultless service from the moment I booked on the phone to returning the vehicle. No added additional surprise costs that come with many hire cars. Very thorough, but quick brief when collecting the van. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

AVOID. They ask for ID and driving licence but run you through a computer 'check' to see if you live at your address (something they don't say on the website). The system they use apparently couldn't prove I lived at my address . I've lived there two years, am registered to vote etc. They wouldn't accept utility bill or anything else. What's good enough for the council, hmrc, banks, dvla etc. isn't good enough for enterprise! They refused the booking. If you need certainty about a booking you won't get it with enterprise in Corby. You can book online, bring everything they ask you to bring, and then refuse you when you pick up the van because the system check they use is bad. Thankfully longmarsh didn't have such a bad system in place and I was able to hire a van from them.

Awful. Mistakenly kept my and my wife’s license when dropping off the car. Denied it two weeks later when I called in a panic because we were going on holiday the next day and hiring a car. Had to book a different trip as we couldn’t get the hire car thanks to lack of licenses. Enterprise then posted our licenses back two weeks later without comment or apology.
