DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a bike from the 4.5 months ago. Still no V5, ive tried contacting them many times via email, call and on their site with no response. I was promised the bike would have a full service and new battery, that didn't happen. I noticed a few scratches on it and was promised it hadn't been crashed. On further inspection, and having removed the front faring's its pretty clear its been in a front end collision. Having been a mechanic and now a service manager I would be embarrassed to run my place in this manor.

Started off great when buying the bike. Danny was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. Nearly a month later (when I started to use the bike, after waiting for car insurance to run out), a few issues popped up. I tried contacting Danny to get these issues looked into / sorted, but after 1-3 weeks of phone calls (phone calls were daily in the 3rd week) & three text messages, no response. Hopefully there is a legitimate reason for lack of communication. I spotted i'm not the only one affected. I found two other buyers who experienced similar issue around the same time (Facebook). I will change this review if contact is made. Otherwise, my experience (thus far) has knocked my ability in being able to recommend this company and their services.

Why would you use this company if the muppets don’t bother answering their phones ? Saw a bike online that they were advertising that I wanted to test drive and I spent a day and a half trying to ring them, and I emailed them as well but no response. I live 70 miles away so I’m not going to just go there on spec. How many other customers have they lost through this lazy attitude ?

I bought a tomos moped off then and Danny could not have been nicer. He delivered for a reasonable price to my home and arrived bang on time. Bike was as described if not better than expected. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks I'm a very happy customer.

Overall started ok but went to a poor managed situation. Ten months later and after countless phone calls , emails etc they finally sent a replacement service history book for the motorcycle. I won't use their services again.

Excellent service, the guys are extremely friendly and helpful. Brilliant showroom with lots of different bikes to choose from. Will defo use them again.
