Coral Windows Ltd, Bradford

Good builders, terrible managers and customer service staff. If you end up dealing with a project manager called Gareth then i feel sorry for you.

Literally not happy with their services. There is no communication between the staff members..No one in office knows what happening to an order.. Always please make sure , while signing the document , check the right design only they have opted.I asked for a design and they marked a different design and i havent noticed while signing the document and i couldnt justify for that... Salesman never bothered to callback or check once the work is completed.. Not sure of how their warranties will goo..Talking about 15 years..

I would like to pass on my Thanks to Scott who came and sorted my two locks out on my doors, he spent the time to make sure they worked as they should and would not leave until he was happy with them. Very pleasant and helpful gentleman.

I had two bay windows fitted by Coral. From start to finish the service was five star . The fitters Lee,Mark, and Phil were courteous, friendly and very tidy. The product is very high security and we have noticed a benefit in sound and heat insulation already.

Quality product shoddy customer service. Have used coral in the past as local hassle free buying but was quoted for while property of which decided to go with part work now remaining decided to do months later, had them come out to quote me and the guy was so pushy salesman the quote was almost double last time with less work due this time. That said the work done last time was good, did have issue with one window handle but they replaced no issues.
