I was there 2 days ago and Joshua was EXTREMELY helpful! He was very knowledgeable and approachable. I had to transfer 2 lines to Virgin and I got out of there within 15 minutes or so! highly recommend!!
Purchased a new phone/plan for my wife. Excellent service from the sales person. He was very helpfuk and also transfered all the data to her new phone.
Great experience. Marvin showed me that I could get the type of phone I wanted and plan that matched my budget. He was very knowledgeable about the specs of the different phones so that I could get the type I wanted. He spent as much time as I needed with me. Never rushed me. I highly recommend the Virgin Mobile kiosk to anyone looking for a phone and a great plan!

Went to visit the Virgin Mobile kiosk today in hopes of upgrading my phone. Dunstan was super helpful throughout the whole process and made this experience so pleasant and easy after listening to what I was after and wanting to achieve, he immediately called the customer service line to make sure that they were able to give me the best offer and plan possible. After weighing out the offers and picking what was best suited, we finalized a plan! He explained thoroughly the additional fees and payments to expect and broke it down simply. I wanted to get some accessories for my new phone too and he suggested a few separate options, as well as, bundles which ended up saving me some money! Dunstan was super friendly, positive, knowledgeable and someone who 100% would stand by VM customers!!! Amazing service!! :)
