They can never seem to have the meat heated. Nothing like taking a bite of previously frozen chicken I guess. I started to write this review a while back and thought it seemed harsh but it's honest. For cold cuts they're great. For chicken or any kind of bacon. Make it clear that you want it properly heated.

This is the worst subway I've gone to in my entire life. It look me 34 min from starting my order to leaving the store. The single TRAINING worker was ALONE the entire time. I thought she was crazy talking to her self while making the sandwiches at the speed of a sloth running for its life. Turns out she had apple air buds in one of her ears. Probably talking to who ever was doing a horrid time coaching her from home. My 4 year old makes sandwiches faster. Someone else with one arm could have been faster. In fact, I could have made it home and made a PB&J, tossed it off my deck and made another then eaten it faster. Don't go here. Trust me. I suffered and I don't want the rest of you to do the same.
When I walked into the store, the new trainee Palak was in the back talking on the phone for about 5 minutes. I had to say \HELLO?!\ And then after a minute Palak came out from the back. I bought 2 6-inch hams on Italian bread. While Palak was making my sandwiches I saw her scratching the top of her head with the gloves she was using to make my sandwiches! SO DISGUSTED!!!!! And she continued to make my sandwich. I was way too disgusted to say anything and paid for the sandwiches and threw it in the garbage outside! DON'T GET SERVED BY Palak!
Used to be the subway we would come to all the time, except quality and customer service has just gone down the tube. The toaster is broken, yet they didn't bother to tell me till they half made my sandwich. Then the lady doesn't even understand what I'm saying to her... This is horrible service.
