it had quick service and the staff were nice and friendly and the public bathroom was clean and everyone was social distancing and had masks on and it was very very clean but the food and my Chestnut praline latte was taking long.
I always get the Irish cream cold brew, but they make it so inconsistently. It really depends on the barista who is making your drink. Sometimes they make something that seems like it would be a completely different drink! I've asked them to remake it multiple times and also confirmed that it was the Irish cream cold brew each time. Very good drinks, but they make them so inconsistently so it's hard to enjoy.
Forgot about our mobile order and just said \oh we weren't set up for it\. Drink was supposed to be picked up but was behind schedule by over 15 minutes as a result. Unacceptable and rude.
It was super busy and the employees just stayed calm and nice and they were super fast. If you come here, dont be discouraged by the long line. They will get er done !
