Zero star. Staffs are arrogant and inappropriate attitude. It was the first time I went back to this store since the COVID-19 pandemic. I regularly shop here for office essentials for my business. There is no clear sign to remind customers lineup in one line, so I spoke to their staff and gave them advise to add a sign to remind customers. The first staff said it is what it is. Then I turned to another staff and he said, we did what we were told, that's it. I believe they never provide training to their employees. I was giving advise to the store for better service experience, and their employees denied it as a store manager. Nice job guys! I am going to return all stuffs I just purchased, and will never come back to Staples Coquitlam for future business.
Friendly staff helped me exchange a defective product quickly & easily. Great selection of office supplies at decent prices.
Store was difficult to navigate, staff was courteous busy, & not able to assist in what I was after. Could have been a combination of the masks & my discription, however, it was laborious to find the letter sized plastic accordion folder. Found it, priced well, fast exit. Store was covidly comfortable
Went in to check up on my Christmas cards that are late, Andrew working in printing went above and beyond with his customer service. Even though it was out of his hands directly, I left without my Cards, I did left with a smile on my face. Christmas can be so stressful especially working in the photo centres. Special thanks to Andrew, you do your job well!! Big thanks to all the hard working staff at Staples this covid filled holiday season. ️
