I was blown away from the first call to install! Impeccable customer service from the wonderful Max - he helped us pick beautiful shades within our budget that fit our windows and taste. When other companies didn't bother calling back, I was able to reach Max easily and make an appointment within a couple days. It's nice to deal with a company that truly cares about about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

If you're looking for blind/rollers solution, Shadezone is where you need to go. Max was very knowledgeable and honest with his solution to fit my budget. Max and Erika's service definitely were beyond my expectations and I would certainly do business with them again in the future. Stopped in to see if they had a replacement part I needed. They were very accommodating and ended up finding me the part. I would never hesitate to use this company if and when I need new shades. There display is beautiful and very high quality plus they are soooo nice.
