The store is really spacious and I was able to find some things I liked. Line up moves quickly. My only complaint is that some of the products for sale are really dusty. I ended up not buying a face mask because the containers of the product were totally covered in dust. An eyeshadow palette I was considering buying was also very dusty. I looked through the whole stack of that kind of palette and every single one had dust. I know that the products often sit on the shelf for a long time causing the dust but to me it’s just gross to spend 40 on something that doesn’t even look clean. Overall, I do like the products and the cashier was friendly. Will come back again :)

Sally had amazing customer service. She was very patient with all my questions and listened patiently to what I was looking for for my specific skin type. She was honest about the products, and was able to provide a few samples to try before purchasing.
hit or miss with the employees. most are usually rude/stuck up. but there is a handful of wonderful ladies that are very helpful and informative
Awful customer service. I was given the run around. Told to call Sephora customer service and Marc Jacobs customer service for an eye line that broke inside the barrel. Both customer Services told me to call my local Sephora again as there was nothing they could do. I called back my local Sephora a Coquitlam Centre a Amy said that they are not able to do anything. Don’t waste your time and your money cheap product and they don’t stand behind it won’t be shopping here again very disappointed with the customer service.
The makeup artists here are busy bees, always ready to help out. I put down 5 stars but 10 stars for Chantelle Chantelle listens well, understands my needs and comes with a large range of products to meet them. I learn from her about feedback on products, what are the popular items, comparison between the products and more. If I am undecided, she is patient and willing to show each and every product even though not planning to buy. Thanks to her I was able to find the right products for me, including foundation type and colour. Big thanks to Sephora for healthcare 10% off, also for allowing customers to bring products back. I bought 2 high end lip products that irritated my lips and was able to bring them back with no problem, able to find, of course, other great products.
i was in the store and it was ok. I couldn't find the red lipstick I needed one of my favourites and it looks great on zoom business meetings. I was alarmed that people were opening products during covid....
Staff was super friendly and helpful for a dude with a picture that just wanted to get the eff out. Mission accomplished thanks!
