We originally called Proper Roofing for a repair job on our flat roof. The job was done quickly and well, so we decided to have them replace the older asphalt shingle section of our roof as well. Our roof looks fantastic - the work was done quite quickly - and, most importantly, it was done to my husband's exacting standards. Small revisions that my husband wanted taken care of were attended to quickly and without hesitation. All for a price that was extremely fair in relation to other quotes we'd received. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Proper Roofing.

I called Mohsen to clean my gutters and to repair a leak in my deck cover. He was very professional, honest and provided quality work. He is punctual and provides fair rates. He even took photos of the job to show me after the job was done. I would recommend this company for your roofing and gutter needs.

I live in a dense treed neighbourhood and I really needed to get my gutters cleaned out. I found Mohsen's company online and thought I would like to call him out for a quote. He responded right away on a Sunday. After a walk around and discussion with recommendations, I didn't just get my gutters cleaned out, I had gutter leaks fixed, moss removed from my roof with some seal work done. Because of a price I couldn't refuse, I had Gutter/Leaf guard installed. Mohsen exceeded all of our expectations by a long shot; really pleasant to deal with, knowledgable, came prepared. Mohsen was great to deal with. Responsive and on time. Diagnosed the source of the roof leak and fixed promptly. In the months since the repairs, there has been some good rainfalls and the repairs have held.

I was putting off getting moss removal and general roof maintenance done for awhile. I originally had Mohsen out to fix a clogged downpipe and he quickly fixed it just in time for weeks of rain! I had them back to clean the moss off our (massive) roof and clean gutters. They do exceptional work and didn't leave before cleaning up all the debris from the roof. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
