Love Movement is Therapy. Colleen is extensively certified in a many techniques including massage, dry needling, acupuncture, and myofacial release. She creates personalized exercise programs based in pilates that can easily be followed at home. Being looked after by someone who is caring, creative, fun and funny, this is the best experience I have ever had with a health care provider.
