Great team and qualified specialists!!! We booked this service - duct cleaning - and the guys showed up the next day! They were really good and explained how does it work! It was nice to know something new about my house:) This job was done within a half day! Thanks again to Dong, Brian and Brandon:) Everything works fine and I'm really happy to have my pipes cleaned:)

Called Moore and Russell to get my heater fixed and they came in to check it out and told me the gas valve is not working. So they had to order it. Called me to make an appointment to get it installed for Saturday February 20, 2021. They phonesd me on the day of my appointment and told me they were not able to come because they have no one to come in to install it. Very disappointed cuz we have been staying at our place for a whole week cold and freezing. Now I need to wait another week for them to come in. I hope my kids don't get sick from this. Don't use them if you are in a hurry to get your heating repaired.
Super friendly, profressional team. Al came in to give us a quote and clearly very knowlegeable, but really tailored the quote to our needs. He asked us a lot of very great questions about what we wanted from a new furnace and hot water system, and was able to anticipate and answer all the questions we had. He wasn't a pushy sales person - he was an effective communicator there to guide us through an expensive purchase decsion. The install team was no less impressive - the team walked us through their approach to the installation before getting started and made sure we were comfortable and didn't have any questions. Very friendly, and a great experience. They were fast, too! I'm happy with the service.
I have selected the company because of its very high customer ratings. The performance of the company exceeded by far my already very high expectations. Every person who has been involved in the installation has been extremely competent and willing to walk the extra mile to ensure a very high quality installation and make sure that I am satisfied. All the staff members were very friendly and made an effort to minimize any disturbance that installation could cause .While everybody was outstanding I would like to mention three who were exceptional: Jordan and Krissy , who made sure that any concern or request I had was dealt with immediately before and after the installation making sure that the process was flawless and Adrian the technician responsible for the installation whose talent ,skills and problem solving resulted in high quality installation. I recommend the company without hesitation.
I received multiple quote from different companies. Moore and Russel gave me the best quote and I can tell they know their stuff inside out. A big thanks to Jordan, Andrew, and Yash. All technicians involved in the installation are extremely competent and very friendly. They were very patient in teaching my grandpa how to use the new smart thermostat. Krissy helped me reschedule appointments multiple times (thanks to strata) and BC hydro rebates and other concerns. The lady at Costco who helped me setup the initial consultation is very kind as well. I highly recommend them.
