I just love their new line! And I love how they are honoring Aliya’s memory (so many of us forgot about her). The makeup artist working at this location are super nice too, they were able find all the shades and colors I needed. Also they did a bit of a mini makeover on me and I absolutely loved it. I would go when its not too busy so they can really pamper you! By the way this is the new location in the same mall!

Highly recommend! I had the most amazing experience at the MAC location by the food court. Ashley, Niloo, and Cathy were so kind and absolutely made my day. They took the time to help me with everything that I needed. They went above and beyond and made me feel so special. To top it off they were extremely knowledgeable about skincare and makeup application and I left with a customized set up of products.
I had my make up done here for my baby shower about a month ago by a gentleman working on Sunday June 2nd and he was a real angel. Super friendly, and talented. Also picked out the make up I purchased later to match exact. If I need make up done again I’ll be going to him. Sorry I forgot your name!

Today I had a wonderful experience at MAC located in the bay at Coquitlam Center Mall. I was help by Christopher and Simone. They went over and beyond to please me and help me find the exact lipstick shade I needed for fall. I can’t even count how many lipsticks I tried on with them and there patience were unreal. The customer service these two humans provided me with was unbelievable and I look forward to going there again without a doubt. And FYI I live in Burnaby however they make it worth while to go to that location. Thanks guys keep up the good work... A raise or promotion should be in your near future!!! We need more people like you.

I’ve heard M.A.C. “horror stories” about extremely rude employees, but I take them with a grain of salt. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and every time I was helped out by one of the employees as soon as I stepped into the store. The last time I went, Marlene jumped right up when she noticed me and my mother picking out lipsticks. The employee helped me choose a lip shade, and did an amazing job while applying both types. Unlike many other makeup store employees, she wasn’t pushy, and let me take my time deciding between the lipsticks. Her positive attitude left an impression on me, and I would certaonly recommend this store to others.
The Bay has always something to choose and almost never disappoints. Also good selection of products on sale and seasonal items. This is one of my first targets to start if looking for clothes or home hardware.
