I am extra pleased with the help/ suggestion I got today from the associate (with curly hair). She was very helpful and rung me in on the other side when she noticed me waiting. She recommended Angel Hair and American Cream solid bars (but angel hair was out of stock so she gave me a sample). Tried it and love the smell of both and way it makes my hair feel :) She's a real gem in this store, perfect products for me !!!

Book a private party and took my employees, my mom and 4 year old daughter. We had a blast. The staff working were beyond helpful, friendly, and informative. We all had such an amazing time. I always loved this location as all the employees over the years have been great but I was blown away at how well done the private party was. Can’t wait to book another one!! Thank you again from 6 very happy and soft skin ladies!!
A staff member greeted me at the door and asked what products I was looking for. He was very knowledgable and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. He engaged in just the right amount of small talk. I can see how someone just wanting to shop might not like the service but I found it very helfpul.

I cant say enough good things about this company in general. I love how things are handmade and you don't have to worry about chemicals being seeped into your skin. The Coquitlam Centre location is newly situated and its large! First off, the people that work there are so sweet and attentive. My hair has been falling out and a nice gentle man helped me find the right products. In addition to this, he made me several samples to take home and try. I love how they claim not to be prescriptive because they truly were not with me. Oh, and I was introduced to a citrus bathbomb and I cant wait to use it.

I am sooo happy with them. I have been enjoy picking up services since COVID. My items always be ready in 24-36 hours even during Halliday season. And they today they gave me a birthday present! Thank you Lush Coquitlam! You really made my day :)
