Be prepared to be Wowed by the sales service at this dealership. I was dreading buying a car as the process can be a bit daunting, overwhelming and uncomfortable. Patrice was kind, professional and thoughtful of my needs so that I was not being shortchanged or steered in the wrong direction. He knew his inventory and product; he simplified the difference between trim levels so I could choose what was relevant for me. So now the hard part, negotiation! There were no mind games, no good guy/bad guy, just a straight forward approach giving you the best option from the get go, leaving no room to say much, except Thank you! Oddly enough I left the dealership feeling happy and stress free. I have to say that as a person who changes cars every 3 years, this was a first, in terms of a truly exceptional customer experience. Today was delivery day, went to the dealership excited and also anxious about the paperwork, often there is a lot of up selling that happens at this stage. Again, I was impressed with the finance person Basil, he was thoughtful about matching my needs and/or accepting my ‘no thank you’ without being heavy handed. Usually at this point, you are feeling pretty worked over —- looking forward to having the process over with. I can honestly say that I survived the paperwork and was not looking for the first exit but content. Moving on to the final stage of Insurance, this again was a smooth process, Guri and Robby were fantastic. Patrice was so good to check up on me, to see if I was doing well each time I sat with someone new. Patrice made sure I walked away feeling great about the purchase and spared no expense to make it a happy moment!!! I would highly recommend taking your business to Acura Lougheed for a truly luxury experience.

I've just purchased a 2022 Mdx at Lougheed Acura. Overall an amazing experience, Robert Chan was extremely knowledgeable and professional through out the process. Finance with Basil, insurance with Gurri was also a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!
I never liked going vehicle shopping because I dont like the sales people hovering over me and trying to sell me a vehicle I do not want to buy. Yesterday when I went to Lougheed Acura I was greeted by Robert whom was exactly who I was looking for. He is a calm, gentle man who knows his job very well. I told him why I was there and he helped me the whole way through the buying process of my new vehicle. Not once did he make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He gave me my freedom and respected me when i told him I did want to go look at one other vehicle just for the reference. I was already sure I wanted to buy the vehicle I went there to see but again he allowed me that freedom without any pressure. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this man. Not only did Robert give me wonderful customer service, so did the rest of the team. The whole buying process was flawless. I also would like to thank the finace and insurance team for everything they did so seamlessly. Thank you again. I will be back myself if upgrading a vehicle and I will not hesitate to refer you to anyone else that is looking for a vehicle. Oh I forgot to mention that I came in from chilliwack and needed to drop my old car off at a family members place and then Robert was able to come pick me up to get back to get my New Ride!!
I purchased my RDX and they provide excellent service to me. Howard was very nice. Also, the finance Manager Basil very patient, he explained all info and went through all paperwork with me to ensure I understood.Thank you for their help!
