I traded in my Jeep here to a Mercedes. Have been to 4 shops now, no one treated me like Andy did (he is the owner of Ione Auto), so excited for my new car, thank you Andy!! One of the nicest people I have ever met, will definitely come back in the future! Go with Ione Auto, you won't regret!!!!
Worst carplaces to deal with, they sold me a Mercedes c350 4 matic sedan and it had everything in the world wrong with it, it had an oxygen sensor on he told me that it wouldn't cost me any money i could do it myself. This was all fine until i found a leak underneath the car. the car had a warranty for 500 kms but when i called he said it was just for the drive terrain. They didn't pick up my calls after that i payed cash for the car and it was the biggest mistake i made till today. Worst people to deal with they didn't even had an oil change done on the car. Dont buy you'll regret it. Stay away from them. .

Purchased a Volvo S40 2005. Had a fried computer which they must have known was fried. Jay, my sales person, was aware when we got into it since it had a fault on the dash. He managed to start it off the lot. I was informed a one week or 500km warranty. I told the sales person in text and via phone call a few days prior to the one week warranty expiring that there was a major issue and his response was that they only cover power train, which is NOT what it says on the receipt. I will attached the audio clip of our phone call. Will cost me several thousand to replace the computer and working proper. I highly do NOT reccomend purchasing a vehicle here. I will update this later with photos of the issue, links to our phone conversations which we recorded and a copy of the sales receipt.
