Kyle and James were really helpful. They helped me and my cousin to find a right shaft to our new drivers. We are happy about their customer service, and not to mention the manager was helpful to take care the trade-in while we were finding a suitable driver. I bought the entire set from this store. Great customer services and always provide good recommendations. They also give nice deals.

Andy was super helpful. His patience combined with his great club knowledge helped me pick out the perfect set that fit my game. He took the time to figure out what worked and what didn't for me. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to pick up their next set of clubs.
Have had decent experience in the past with other associates, but this time the asian male associate working in the shoe section was super rude. Spent all his time only serving other male customers at great detail and was very dismissive, unavailable and impatient otherwise. It's 2021 - women are the fastest growing segment of the golf market, get your staff in check.
Had a great experience shopping there. They make you feel safe and welcoming. They greet you before you go inside and make sure you know what you can do and not do .Staff friendly and helpful. If you need anything to do with golf....you should go there.

Lost out on an easy 1,000 worth of sales because no one would bother to pay attention for more than a minute, at one point an employee was showing me drivers so he took the clothes I was going to purchase and set them aside, I got tired of waiting for him to come back to me so I went to find the clothes, they were gone, I was also going to buy shoes but no one around to help, not going to bother coming back.
Lots of selection. The shelves are always organized. Well-staffed- lots of staff to help out customers. The staff seems well-trained and knowledgable about the products.. Great service.
