As a company EB Games is a dumpster fire that's been burning too long. Their trade in programs are highway robbery and an absolute joke. However, my local EB Games location is staffed by wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I just wish Canada had another chain of video game stores, other than EB Games, then all the passionate video game lovers could work at a better place.

It was ok. Out of stock on Fallout 4 but pretty normal for covid times I think. Staff were ok but nothing really stands out this time.

It is great for pre ordering consoles, since they don't have any in stock through no fault of their own. They usually have all the Xbox and playstation titles you are looking for. Wish they had a more developed Nintendo switch presence. No pc games, which is also disappointing.
Bought the game for 39.99 Week later they approved exchange and gave me credit only for 7. Nice business. Thank you EB Games. Won't be back.
