Terrible and rude customer service. Had to ask 4 times to have my services cancelled that we no longer need or use. As much as I appreciate the rep trying to keep the business he took it VERY personally and said some rude statements.

This first thing that comes to mind when working with Ian and the owners Pat and Ryan is that they really care. It's quite amazing how many businesses actually use their services like messaging on hold, custom greetings and announcements, even radio ads. They have taken care of me and several of my clients. I am really happy with their product and service.
