I have visited this place a couple of times to purchase some items that I have been looking for. The old lady was very kind, friendly and helpful for what we were looking for. However, I was pretty disappointed at a middle aged salesman. There was no politeness or kindness at all, sounded very arrogant and too much pride of their items. I lost all my interest buying the items here even it it was an affordable price, rather wanted to order it online.

Edwin was very helpful in helping choose the right electronic bidet, he provided all the parts needed and sent me the installation instructions via e-mail before I left the store. The installation was straightforward, taking less than 30 minutes to have the new bidet connected to water and power. The Apollo 4500 works really well, the heated seat is really nice and the other features including heated water and warm air dryer all make the unit a great purchase. We recommend Cuckoo Trading as a great place to get an electronic bidet.
I was able to get a quick repair on the rice cooker promptly and at reasonable price.
