Great processes in place for ensuring safety in lockdown. Service was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Has a huge range of gins, wine, cocktails and other spirits together with draught oils, real ale and bottled beers. The food is simple, but extremely well made and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, and even though it was busy, everything was controlled and the staff were happy. They have done an extremely good job managing lockdown and I would urge you to to support your local business - but you may need to book for the evening!

This is one of my favourite places to meet friends and relax. Pre-Covid we often went for an evening of board games and are looking forward to that again in the future. The service is always outstanding, and we never fail to have a great time
Amazing cakes, cheesecakes and coffee. Massive portions.
Came here for an early brunch. The food was delicious and excellent, service was fast and friendly. Price was good for the quality. Covid measures were in full effect and the staff seemed to know what they were doing. Menu of food and drinks are both strong Will return
Took my mum out for first time since lockdown for a coffee and cake and Copper Cogs was perfect. Excellent service in a safe environment. One way system is very efficient. Mum loved the generous slice of Lemon cake ( had to take half of it home!). Big thanks to the staff. Highly recommend.
