The service seemed poorly organised, and the red meats weren't as tender as I'd hoped, but the seafood is good here. All of which are gentle hints that Copper might not be managed well. The cocktails, while quite nice, were on the more pricey side. The wine list was fine, and had good variety. In conclusion: Copper is a pleasant place to stop for drinks, but there are better places to eat in West Bridgford (and indeed Nottingham).

Arrived slightly too early for lunch (breakfast til 12 then lunch from then onwards) so we went for pancakes and a side of halloumi. Lovely breakfast.l and great service.
Coppers West Bridgford are doing takeaway coffee, bacon or sausage cobs and egg for 5 great deal. They are also doing home made soup for 3.50, and fantastic cakes. The Staff are so welcoming and pleasant, give it a go

Friendly service, lovely cocktail, my salmon risotto was really salty but they were very kind and took it off the bill for me. We didn't feel entirely comfortable in the current climate. They didn't have single use or digital menus and noone was wearing masks. We'd love to go back but maybe not until things are safer.
