Over three months the Headlight Program uncovers your Hidden Curriculum and help you create a vision for your work life. You have two FaceTime sessions with your Trainer every month. Together, you choose to approach work in a way that’s consistent with your vision. The training is focused on making adjustments to your general approach, your decisions and actions in your work life, so your work will become as rewarding and meaningful as possible. We have developed a array of tools that your trainer will introduce you to and help you apply in the relevant situations to support your process
