Not told beforehand that only 1 person allowed on site. Had to park on roadside outside of Copart. As I'm suffering with concussion I had to send my grandson in on his own to clear car. Had I been informed beforehand alternative arrangements could have been made. I cannot understand why we were not allowed into car park. Also told photo id needed and attending car reg no needed. Not needed? Grandson had to wait about 15 minutes for car to be brought to him. Why book time slot if vehicle not ready for you.

Scam Company Hiding Condition of the Cars I regret that I can't give you 0 stars The worst Company(Sandy site) ever I understand that they selling used cars but the worst is they hiding condition pictures are not accurate and in my case car arrive with bend back axel no mention about that and no pictures showing that issue . Second thing car all wet inside and cover by mould all over . When I contact them they hiding behind Terms and conditions . No chance to inspect car but they required that from you but no option because they can't provide safe way to inspect car on open space once again hiding behind Covid .

Painful. Had to stand out side the gate for over a hour whilst my colleague drove into the yard. I could only go in and get back in the car we came in right at the end when he was loaded and ready to leave. This yard is big enough for 3 football pitches with 20 recovery vehicles spreadout waiting to collect cars. They should have said passengers must wait in the collecting vehicle and not get out Instead there was 20 people standing by the gate, freezing for over an hour potentially spreading Covid. Completely stupid pointless Rule.
As a first time buyer from Copart Sandy I got there to collect my car and I was told that it can not be driven, only taken on a platform as so the policy states. I explained that I already insured the car and somebody dropped me there to collect it but to no avail. Guy on the gate that told me that this is written everywhere on the site but I could not see it anywhere as otherwise I would have brought a platform to avoid this unpleasant situation. It should be written right next to every car that you are not allowed to drive it from there. Bought cars from everywhere up to Scotland and this is the first time such thing happened to me.... poor service
