Went here on Sunday with my family we ordered 4 dinners which were lovely. On paying for the bill there was a charge 8 extra for veg we tried to explain we hadn’t ordered any extra veg the owner/manager said we had ordered 3 extra which we hadn’t. I got the feeling they do this to everyone but no one says anything. I’ve never been for a Sunday roast and had to pay extra for a few carrots broccoli etc that should come with the roast especially at 14. Food was nice manager had a right attitude towards my wife so stuck up he was.

Mark & Holly were fab top food and great drinks with exceptional service highly recommendthis pub is a little jem & the best owned pub wv been in a long time! Mark the owner loved our ginger Dexter & he was an incredible host! We decided to eat as the menu was amazing & by god the food was good! we would highly recommend supporting this owned pub! British @its best!!
We had a meal here tonight and were suitably impressed, impeccable service by the bar staff and an absolutely cracking meal, as we finished my girlfriend said that it was \The best pub meal she has ever had!\ Five stars and then some!
