Since our inception as a not-for-profit (501c3) firm in 1997, Coordinated Transportation Solutions ("CTS"​) has provided the North Eastern United States with reliable, safe, and cost effective Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, Special Education Transportation and Workers Compensation Transportation. We currently provide over one million trips annually to residents of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and New York. CTS is the only Connecticut based not-for-profit or for profit company providing these services and one of only a half a dozen operating in multiple states. In addition to transportation services, CTS also has extensive experience in transportation coordination planning, brokerage operations, urban/rural transit operations, para-transit services, provider relations, trip utilization analysis and customer service. Our consulting services have been used throughout New England by a variety of clients from public agencies to not-for-profit organizations and for-profit companies. CTS maintains long term partnerships with our Business Clients and Transportation Provider networks built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared objectives to maximize the transportation options available in communities at the least possible cost. BEST COMPANY IN THE NEMT TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS. ANYONE WHO TALKS BAD ABOUT CTS, JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU TRY OTHER COMPANIES. AS A TRANSPORTER, I DEALT WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND BELIEVE ME THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO DENY YOUR RIDE TO SAVE MONEY CTS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST NEMT BROKER IN THE BUSINESS.

More times than not, there is a problem with the services providers they have, mainly faults of CTS. Rides I thought were scheduled were never booked and I never received a phone call letting me know, rides late which causes me late for my appointments, one driver even brought her dog with her which I'm sure most people wouldn't mind, but when the car is covered in dog hair and the dog gets excited about someone new in the car and is all over the passenger when the passenger is allergic to pet dander, it's not good and something that shouldn't happen. All in all, this company has a lot to work on

I worked there 90days not a good company to work for. Bosses are very unprofessional, no good job ethics. My particular boss didn't let us take breaks (only cigarette smokers). My boss was a micro manager from the time you come in the door until you leave. She had HR wrapped around her fingers . The services they provided were horrible to the clients as well. I wouldn't recommend this job to any enemy. Pay was horrible as well. You couldn't live off what you were paid too well.

I have only needed them a few times when I cannot find a ride to the doctors’ office. Rides can be a headache bc I live in an area where public transportation hasn’t been invented or discovered yet. So far, they have been great. CTS has helped out when my PCSP has had a conflict (like jury duty). When you get to my age, you more often encounter friends in the obits and I would prefer to keep two feet out of the grave, thank you very much.
