We noticed a couple pieces of siding had fallen off of our chimney after a storm. We called, and got an inspection the next day. Christopher came by, and did a full inspection (the cost of which was rolled into the cost of the repairs, so it didn't cost us anything extra). He went up on the roof and took a number of detailed photographs to explain things, went into the attic to examine the issue there, and ran a borescope of some kind up the chimney to show 360 degree photos of the inside as well. He was respectful of our home (wore plastic boot covers and laid down drop cloths before disturbing the inside of the chimney) and of our sleep schedules (my girlfriend was sleeping because of night shift, so he was very quiet the entire time). Gave me the full report and quote for me to think on, and actually came back in person later that day to set up the service date with me (above and beyond). The day of the repair, the repairmen (Josh Wilson and one other man whose name I didn't catch) came punctually and began working right away. They laid a drop cloth down to catch any roof debris that would come down during the repair. They worked hard at it all day, and got the paint color correct on the finished product. It looks fantastic and like it was part of the original house. They were certainly a pricier option, but they also warranty their repairs for water leakage or issues for 5 or 10 years. The quality of their work, the respect of their employees, and the overall experience definitely made them worthwhile. (Photo attached is the \before\ picture)
I have always used Coopertown for my fireplace and chimney and my dryer vent service. They have always been wonderful. On time, polite, professional, considerate and their work is excellent. This morning the technician was named Christopher and on top of the good service he was such a pleasant person. Nice to talk to and he fully explained what he had done and gave me his recommendations. Good to do business with a company that does excellent work and has such pleasant employees! Highly recommend them.
Christopher was the technician who serviced our chimney yesterday. The service that he provided was excellent. Thank you, Christopher. After our chimney service the other day, we needed some maintenance. We were initially scheduled a couple of weeks out, but they found an opening for us. Alex was the technician for this repair and he was also excellent. This company is great. Found out about Coopertown by just googling local places. Jason G. was our technician and he was awesome. He was super polite and knowledgeable when I would ask questions. All of the reviews say customer service was excellent for a reason. Everyone I interacted with, on the phone and in person was really pleasant! (And this was animal removal - my stress level was a bit high, so I was probably not the easiest person to deal with). Everyone seemed knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in solving my problem. I really appreciate all the work they did!
