Always very friendly and helpful staff and even during these uncertain terms do there best to help you. Sadly my beautiful 19 year old cat needed to be put to sleep today, I was allowed to go to a private outside area to say good bye to her, much better than being in a clinical room. Kinga the vet is lovely.
Well, I was not impressed. I am worried about my cat. I said I was looking to change vets because I wanted a practice that did not constantly provides locums rather than a permanent vet, and often the treatment and service in those cases have not been as comprehensive as they should be. They said there could be no guarantee and I said I understood that. She said it would be best sticking with my own vet. They obviously did not need or want any new business and seemed completely uncaring over the phone.
Excellent! My Daisy needs an operation on Thursday and I'm sure they will give her the best care
