Good quality fish and chips, with a crispy batter and proper chips in a box to keep them warm. Plus you get Gary Cooper cooking them for you. All done fresh to order. What's not to like?

I went to this chippie as I'd been told they catered for gluten free. Upon asking for gluten free battered sausage and chips, I felt I got an unprofessional response. The two servers looked at each other and laughed, said they weren't doing gluten free during the pandemic with no explanation why, nor an apology, and that was that. I just found the reaction insensitive and upsetting for all of us who travelled for this.
